Board Membership
Membership on the board is open to any within the jurisdiction of the North Star Chapter. This includes the counties of Beltrami, Cass Lake, Clearwater, Crow Wing, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Roseau, Wadena Counties.

The Board typically meets six times per year and provides the chapter with strategic direction and financial oversight. Meetings are open to the general public and a public notice is provided to media outlets two weeks prior to the meeting.

Audit Services
KBA Accounting provides auditing services annually to the chapter.
